Luna in Omakissa
Luna is the queen of the family. She arrived in the beginning of 2017 with the option of having one litter with her before officially tranfering her ownership to me. I had a dream of breeding somali cats at some point of my life so this arrangement seemed like a perfect way to ease into the world.

Luna looooves dried chicken and always sleeps next to my pillow. She takes no bullshit but after getting her neutered, she has become more playful and social than she was in the midst of all the hormonal storms. She will not have it if she is imprisoned somewhere alone which has resulted in her having learned how to open doors (which is why out door handles have been turned upwards in order to maintain some illusion that this is, in fact, a human governed household).

Peruna got her name by sort of an accident. She was the fourth little kitten in Luna's first litter and the name just stuck from the beginning. She also had our hearts from the very first wobbly steps so it seemed like faith that she had to stay with us, even though her fur did not quite meet the breed standards. That is also the reason why she was neutered straight away and not used in further breeding even though her personality is so charming that I bet her kittens would have been amazing little fur balls.

She knows no rules. If something is forbidden, then she can just do it when nobodys looking, right?? No place is left unchecked and no treat uneaten. Actually, it doesn't even have to be a treat as long as it is edible. And that is also a negotiable fact, especially when it comes to house plants. Peruna's favorite toy is a candy wrapper and favourite places to sleep are on cat daddy's lap or under the planket in our bed.
